Tracey leads a portfolio career as a non- executive director, business mentor, board advisor, investor readiness consultant, strategy and transformation consultant and inclusive leadership coach.

Tracey is a former KPMG director, strategy and transformation expert. She is programme director PMP qualified, Prince 2 agile, Change and Chartered accountant qualified. 
 
Her passion is in working with tech startups who are exploring game changing solutions to make business and people's lives easier.

Tracey is focused on improving the productivity of the business ecosystem post-Brexit and post-pandemic.
 
Tracey shares her equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) expertise plus her interest in blockchain (web3) and her future proofing expertise to challenge, review and advise your business.

Tracey led the no-deal Brexit programme for KPMG UK and those plans were used for Covid so that overnight all 17,000 employees could work from home simultaneously and smoothly.
 
Tracey is a Board member for the Tech London Advocates Future of work and a UK South forum member for the Productivity institute. She strongly believes in progressive future of work strategies that she has put into practice over the last 14 years.
 
She is also on the Board of the World's First Chartered Accountancy body in the world, ICAS (An professional education institution and membership organisation). Tracey is the Chair of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) Board having recruited the new composition and oversaw the new strategy design and implementation. Tracey is mission led on improving ED&I and business culture via the membership through inspiring, mentoring and encouraging members who newly qualified all the way up to CEOs of the worlds well-known companies to be better inclusive leaders.
